Role Summary
Associate Director, HCP Marketing in PI PDT. Lead strategic direction for the HCP marketing across channels for a new IG portfolio launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tactics, and using data to inform decisions with the end goal of benefiting patients. Reports to the Director, USBU PDT Launch Lead.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Launch Lead in developing positioning, brand pillars, and campaign core creative platform; inform concept selection with research.
- Lead daily implementation of all HCP pull-through marketing, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Collaborate with the SCIG brand team to ensure clarity in brand differentiation.
- Work with Insights & Analytics to sharpen portfolio strategy, distill insights, validate opportunities, optimize channel mix, and educate HCPs.
- Own strategically aligned engagement plans and tactics; collaborate with brand and franchise teams to launch HCP and Access marketing resources, fee-for-service plans, P2P strategy, and national/regional congress plans.
- Develop regional marketing resources as appropriate; identify growth opportunities from industry/competitive trends and share best practices.
- Manage multiple agencies from brief ideation through delivery, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate priorities across internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners (PRT, medical affairs, compliance, IT).
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree
- Required: 8+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing, or related function
- Required: 4+ years of dedicated experience engaging with HCPs
- Required: Ability to foster collaboration, set priorities, and manage external partners
- Required: Deep understanding of brand/franchise strategy and how to engage HCPs; strong business, finance, and risk/benefit comprehension
- Required: Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design; ability to communicate ideas to internal and external partners
- Required: Broad-based HCP marketing knowledge from non-personal to field sales
- Required: Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive data-based decision making
Preferred
- MBA
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience working on a product launch
- Experience in PDT, particularly Primary Immunodeficiency
- Experience developing engagement plans for thought leaders / KOL management
Travel
- Requires approximately 25-40% travel, including travel to Cambridge, MA office
- Ability to travel to internal and external meetings and conferences; overnight stays may be required
- Some weekend travel may be required
