About the Role

Key responsibilities:
- Be part of the IDU Leadership team.
- Work with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams across multiple NVS global sites to develop efficient radio-chemical separation techniques.
- Co-lead projects with the project lead: formulate and execute project strategy; manage interfaces including timelines, priorities, and board presentations.
- Build and lead an internal Radiochemical team of experimental scientists and project leads; develop the project execution plan with technical/operational input from key stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings; collect and interpret data to advance projects and adapt strategy; document decisions in minutes.
- Lead developability assessment, manufacturing line development, and early process development; track goals, activities, commitments, and timelines; manage/optimize plans and resource assignments to mitigate risk.
- Provide regular project/portfolio updates to IDU LT; align with RLT LT project strategy and resourcing.
- Manage and communicate project status, issues, and resolution options to stakeholders (NTO and TRD).
- Foster open communication across project teams; mentor less experienced team members.
- Contribute to vendor/CRO evaluations, outsourcing request coordination, budget monitoring, and due diligence.
- Ensure best practices, knowledge exchange, and continuous mentoring/training.

Essential requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (Masterโ€™s or PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in radiopharmaceuticals or related fields, with strong focus on process automation and physics (academic experience considered).
- Strong background in radiochemistry and radio-isotope production technologies, including irradiation technologies and accelerators.
- Proven leadership experience with international and multidisciplinary teams.
