Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance/Product Safety

Role: Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance/Product Safety, supporting Insmed's drug safety at all lifecycle stages. Responsibilities: medical assessment of AE/SAE reports, safety data analysis, regulatory safety document review, benefit-risk evaluations, and contributing to risk management strategies. Requirements: Master’s in life sciences, RN, PharmD, or MD with 3-5 years in pharmacovigilance or safety roles; experience with safety databases and MedDRA; strong regulatory knowledge; leadership and communication skills. HighValue: focus on post-marketing safety, risk assessment, and medical review for biopharma products. WorkSetup: fully remote with minimal travel (~10%).
