Associate Director, Pharma - Incentives and Awards

Role: Associate Director, Incentives and Awards supports the strategy, execution, and governance of field incentive compensation and awards within AstraZeneca's commercial portfolio. Responsibilities include designing and continuously improving incentive programs, translating commercial strategies into motivating and compliant incentives, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and vendors. It involves ensuring program alignment with launch and lifecycle priorities, managing awards processes, and supporting governance and compliance activities. The role also contributes to process modernization and automation efforts.
