Associate Director - PFR Transformation & Analytics

Role: Associate Director supporting digital transformation of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting within Lilly's Business Intelligence COE. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable BI solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and Microsoft Fabric to enhance finance agility, accuracy, and strategic insights; leading a team of 3-5 members; driving process automation via RPA, dashboards, and data integration; and collaborating with global finance and technology teams on enterprise initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years in planning, forecasting, reporting, and team management; strong financial acumen, preferably with pharmaceutical industry experience; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, and Microsoft Fabric. Preferred: MBA, 5-8 years in finance transformation/tech-enabled roles, project management, and strong communication skills.
