Associate Director, Performance Reporting

Role: Associate Director, Performance Reporting Product Owner, leading the development and optimization of performance reporting capabilities within the PRIME platform to support data-driven commercial decisions. Responsibilities: own and prioritize product backlog; collaborate with stakeholders across analytics, engineering, UX, and data teams; manage product discovery, planning, releases, and continuous improvements; monitor adoption, quality, satisfaction, and outcomes; ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards; facilitate cross-functional product ceremonies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years in product management, business intelligence, or analytics; experience with agile methodologies, BI platforms, data visualization, and SQL; strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: experience supporting enterprise analytics in highly regulated industries such as pharma or healthcare; familiarity with AI-enabled reporting. High-Value: focus on commercial analytics, enterprise reporting solutions, regulated industry knowledge. Work setup: primarily remote with some travel (~10%) to East Hanover, NJ; travel and home office expenses borne by the employee.
