Role: Associate Director, Performance & Portfolio Management within AbbVie's Global Supply Chain Strategic Management Office, responsible for leading process programs, strategic project planning, and operational excellence initiatives. Responsibilities: oversee the performance & portfolio management team, develop governance frameworks, ensure project lifecycle management, and foster stakeholder relationships across functions; advise on project direction and drive efficiency improvements. Qualifications: bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 10+ years in project management/business excellence within global, matrix environments, with experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations projects; certifications like Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred; proven leadership and communication skills.
