What We Are Looking For
Associate Director of Performance & Talent Insights.

Responsibilities
- Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the enterprise performance management framework.
- Manage end-to-end performance cycle (annual reviews, mid-year checkpoints, goal/contribution setting, ongoing feedback).
- Set performance standards and evaluation criteria aligned to business goals; coach managers to run effective performance/development conversations.
- Partner with HR, Learning, Total Rewards, Talent, HR Operations/Technology to integrate and optimize performance systems, reporting, and analytics.
- Analyze performance data/trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead talent assessment approach(s) and enterprise calibration (performance/potential/talent reviews) ensuring consistency, fairness, clarity.
- Develop calibration tools/frameworks; translate insights into development actions and succession planning inputs.
- Oversee multi-rater feedback mechanisms and employee/manager feedback resources; collaborate with Learning & Development.
- Support Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP): frameworks/tools/templates, timelines, workforce priority linkages; integrate with performance/talent/skills insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR/Organizational Psychology or related preferred.
- 7+ years in performance management, talent management, or related HR.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation, talent assessment, and calibration; experience improving performance/review/feedback systems.
- Cross-functional partnership; strong communication/facilitation/storytelling with senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset; execution/detail; action-oriented and improvement-focused.
