Associate Director, Payments

Role: Associate Director of Payments overseeing the end-to-end clinical site payment process within North and South America for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities include leading the Payments team for insourced and outsourced studies, collaborating on study pricing, system functionality, and process alignment with global and local teams, resolving payment disputes, ensuring compliance and process integrity, and driving process efficiencies and talent development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in Procure to Pay, Clinical Trial Administration, or related fields, with experience in managing teams and process improvements. High-Value: Focus on clinical trial payments, with preferred experience in clinical trial budget development, contracting, and procurement systems; knowledge of drug development, clinical operations, and systems like Clinical Trial Management Systems and Tableau. Collaboration: Work closely with Global Pricing, CTMS Payment Managers, Local Trial Managers, and Site Managers. Work Setup: Remote options possible; travel approximately 10%, domestic and global.
