Associate Director, US Pharma Payer Marketing - Immunology

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop customer segment strategies and promotional initiatives for US payer segments (health plan, PBM, Medicaid, federal, pharmacy, IDN/Health Systems) to achieve market access goals.
- Lead coordination and engagement with Integrated Account Management (point team, customer-facing account executives and account directors).
- Partner with promotions manager(s) to develop resources and communications.
- Partner with Learning & Development to plan and develop training plans and resources for customer-facing teams.
- Lead payer segmentation and targeting, execution planning, and KPI implementation/monitoring.
- Participate in value evidence strategy development.
- Ensure optimized channel strategy and integration with brand strategies.
- Serve as an integral member of cross-functional launch teams to deliver optimal payer and provider experiences.

Education:
- Required: BA/BS degree.
- Preferred: PharmD, MPH, MBA, or other advanced degree.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in account management, market access, marketing, sales leadership, or healthcare consulting.
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem mechanics and economics across payer segments.
- Understanding of US healthcare trends and policy issues and impact on business opportunities.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution and provide guidance to customer-facing teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and assess scenarios strategically and operationally.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and organizational skills; manage deliverables within deadlines.
- Proven success building and maintaining business relationships.
- Ability to translate market trends and customer needs into tactics/resources.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Account management; contracting strategy development and/or contract negotiation.
- Product launch/launch planning; HEOR knowledge.
- Marketing and promotions development.

Location/Work Model: Upper Gwynedd, PA; Hybrid (3 days/week onsite).
