Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategic and tactical plans for SKYRIZI aligned to brand objectives.
- Assist in leading APS Gastroenterology Marketing Annual Planning Process and collaborate to ensure pull-through.
- Develop patient experience journeys and leverage them to create Patient Services programs supporting patients in adhering to doctor-prescribed treatment.
- Consistently execute multiple marketing initiatives on time.
- Oversee agency relationships (Account, Strategy, Project Management, Creative, Measurement, CRM, Digital, Media) to deliver innovative initiatives and tactics.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support Care Model development and launch priorities.
- Partner with Marketing Business Insights and Analytics (MABI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness via measurement plans and KPIs; recommend optimization/scaling across brands.
- Provide leadership, direction, and development for direct reports.
- Track and manage the marketing budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree and previous marketing leadership experience required; Masterโs degree preferred.
- 8+ years of marketing experience (ideal: Pharma experience).
- Demonstrated ability developing/managing marketing plans and programs (brand positioning, market research, omnichannel strategy, end-to-end campaign management, finance management).
- Strong background in customer/patient/service and retention strategies.
- Proficient planning/organization, attention to detail, execution, agility, follow-through.
- Experience managing omnichannel campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage and lead external/internal partnerships (agencies, production vendors, cross-functional teams).
- Demonstrated experience leading marketers.
- Balance of analytical capability and creative vision.
- Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Launch and market access experience a plus.
