Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated access strategies and plans that translate care model priorities into effective marketing execution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for provider access strategy, patient journey planning, segmentation, and resource development.
- Partner with the brand team, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), Market Access, and key stakeholders to advance access priorities, align messaging, and support efficient resource utilization.
- Develop messaging and educational strategies that enhance provider engagement and patient understanding.
- Guide digital and content initiatives that strengthen the provider and patient experience across channels.
- Collaborate with the Training team to strengthen field force effectiveness through clear messaging, tools, and enablement support.
- Lead APS strategic brand planning to ensure alignment with brand imperatives.
- Support the financial planning cycle, purchase order tracking, and ongoing monthly budget management.
- Contribute to cross-functional launch readiness.
- Oversee agency coordination, budget management, and executional pull-through.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs Degree required.
- 8+ years of marketing experience; ideal candidate has prior pharma experience.
- Proven marketing experience with increasing proficiency in marketing skills.
- Previous cross franchise/cross channel marketing experience preferred.
