Associate Director, Patient Service Operations

Role: Associate Director, Patient Service Center (PSC) Operations, overseeing patient support program activities ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and quality. Responsibilities: manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, analyze feedback, escalate issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track metrics for continuous improvement, and deliver stakeholder presentations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in patient services or HUB operations within pharma/biotech, proficiency in data analytics, performance reporting, and digital tools; strong communication and change management skills. Preferred: experience in Oncology, Immunology, rare diseases, or specialty pharmacy; expertise in call center operations, healthcare regulations, CRM systems, and reimbursement processes; ability to work independently and influence cross-functionally. Work Setup: Up to 25% travel, primarily to Pittsburgh, PA.
