Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Business Analyst for Patient CRM platforms; define vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog with Product Owner to meet patient access and support goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Field Teams, Patient Services, Market Access, Trade, IT, Compliance, and external vendors) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead design and implementation of CRM-based business process enhancements (features, integrations, workflows) to streamline patient onboarding, reimbursement, and case management.
- Ensure business data integrity and use insights to improve patient engagement, adherence, and operational performance.
- Partner with CRM Product Owner and implementation partners to ensure timely, quality delivery and platform stability.
- Support change management via training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Create requirements for complex reports and dashboards.
- Produce documentation (BRDs, Functional Requirements/User Stories, and process flows).

Required & Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years relevant experience (Patient CRM business processes and/or Business Analysis) in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
- Proven experience implementing/managing Patient Services and Patient Access (or similar healthcare business processes).
- Strong knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and support program processes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
- Data analytics/reporting experience and ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar) preferred.
