Role: Lead and support the development and execution of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) strategies in Oncology and Neuroscience therapeutics, globally across US and international regions. Responsibilities: Collaborate cross-functionally to build awareness of COA's role in product and indication development; identify measurement approaches; manage relationships with vendors and KOLs for COA projects, ensuring quality and compliance; oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation; support PV system activities related to COA data. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/PhD preferred); minimum of three years’ experience in PCOs/COAs environments within pharma, especially in Oncology; proficiency in evidence generation, HEOR, RWE, Medical Affairs, or Market Access; strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills; familiarity with MS Office, SAP, virtual collaboration tools. Preferred: Experience in Neuroscience and leading strategically in fast-paced, global settings; 10-20% domestic and international travel.
