Associate Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes (PCO)

Role: Lead and support the development and implementation of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) strategies in Oncology and Neuroscience therapeutics, spanning global regions (US and Europe). Responsibilities: collaborate with cross-functional teams to define COA measurement approaches, build stakeholder awareness, manage vendor relationships, oversee project timelines, and ensure quality and compliance; support pharmacovigilance activities and budget management. Requirements: minimum of three years’ experience in PCOs/COAs environments, with proven oncology expertise; strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and virtual tools; bachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees preferred.
