Key Responsibilities:
- Lead gathering, synthesis, and interpretation of secondary data (behavioral, attitudinal, clinical) for patient and provider cohort analysis.
- Oversee data quality, analytic approaches, and methodological rigor for reliable segmentation and insights.
- Develop and guide advanced analyses to inform brand strategy, launch readiness, and business decisions.
- Translate complex analytics into clear summaries and recommendations for brand, insights, and leadership teams.
- Analyze prescribing behavior, patient flow, access barriers, and drop-off points to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PMR, Decision Science, Brand, Data Strategy) on analytical objectives and interpretation.
- Develop and refine HCP-to-account mapping and targeting frameworks.
- Create/evolve patient journey maps using data, stakeholder input, and field feedback.
- Facilitate analytical discussions/workshops for launch planning and prioritization.
- Review and provide strategic guidance for leadership/brand forum materials.
- Monitor initiative progress and adjust analytical plans as business needs change.
- Coach and oversee Managers and analysts.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (related field) required; MS and/or MBA strongly preferred.
- 6+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare experience; deep understanding of provider/patient behaviors and market dynamics.
- 3+ years domain expertise in secondary data analytics, data science, primary market research, field analytics/insights, market access, patient service analytics, or related consulting.
- Proven senior-level, data-driven decision-making experience.
- Experience building segmentation models for HCPs/patients and end-to-end patient/provider journey maps.
- Strong human insights for engagement strategy.
- Experience analyzing complex datasets including social determinants of health and ethnographic studies.
- Proficiency with SQL, R, Python, SAS; CRM systems; Tableau/Power BI.
- Excellent communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time off for US eligible employees.
