Role: Associate Director of Parenteral Engineering leading expansion projects for sterile manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities: manage design, development, and execution of new and upgraded parenteral production lines and utilities; oversee equipment validation and compliance with cGMP, FDA, EMA standards; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage external vendors, and develop process optimization strategies; mentor junior engineers and present technical updates to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor's in chemical, mechanical, biomedical engineering or related; 10+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing with at least 5 years in parenteral aseptic processing; proven experience managing large capital projects; deep knowledge of sterile equipment, facility design, and regulatory guidelines; strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
