About The Role
The Associate Director, P2P Marketing will design and deliver best-in-class HCP education / P2P experience for the RLT Portfolio within Novartis US Integrated Marketing Strategy. Responsibilities include applying P2P/HCP Education capabilities and customer/TA/brand insights to create HCP educational experiences that educate, engage, and help HCPs gain comfort in appropriately prescribing Novartis products. Partners with Medical Experts to design, develop, and deliver key deliverables. Provides operational support for demand changes to support projects.

Responsibilities (Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Consistently apply industry best practices and ways of working to deliver leading HCP education
- Partner closely with HCP-facing functions/teams to achieve HCP education objectives and deliver an integrated education experience across the field
- Partner with HCP Marketers, Thought Leader Liaison, Congress Management, and Customer Engagement teams to support HCP Education and field communication/training activities, as appropriate
- Deliver day-to-day HCP education programs aligned to overall strategy and defined metrics
- Share operational insights with TA/Brand and HCP Marketers to improve impact
- Define key performance standards and drive effective/efficient approaches in HCP education delivery

What You’ll Bring To The Role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); Master of Science and/or MBA (preferred)

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in commercial Marketing
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders and work effectively on a team
- Ability to develop and deliver resources/programs/tactics on time, on scope, on budget, with strong financial acumen
- Detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines

Desirable Requirements
- Oncology experience preferred; Advanced Prostate Cancer experience preferred
- Experience driving high-performing brands in competitive US categories; recent launch experience for oncology/specialty treatments and buy-and-bill experience strongly preferred
- Experience building scalable HCP education across various channels preferred
