Responsibilities:
- Assist with development and execution of strategic U.S. marketing plans for Over-the-Counter (OTC) Eye Drops to drive business performance and category leadership.
- Assist with product positioning, key messaging, and brand strategies.
- Manage marketing programs including media, non-personal promotion, rep-delivered promotions, direct-to-physician, and professional marketing.
- Coordinate with sales training and trade to ensure sales effectiveness.
- Develop key marketing materials (digital selling tools, HCP brochures, fulfillment, direct-to-physician, non-personal promotion).
- Present, lead, and negotiate pieces through legal, regulatory, and medical review.
- Provide brand support for national/regional/local congresses and society meetings.
- Lead strategy and execution of institutional meetings and educational events.
- Partner with field sales, inside sales, trade, and key accounts to drive commercial strategy.
- Coordinate external vendors and internal teams (marketing, strategic communications, training, market research, legal/regulatory/compliance).
- Build relationships with sales force, key physicians, brand teams, and executive leadership; stay abreast of OTC, anterior segment, and eyecare trends.
- Collaborate with trade to support professional initiatives with retail customers.
- Maintain high cross-functional communication.
- Coordinate and manage budget.
- Travel up to 50%.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; Masterβs degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years healthcare sales/marketing experience required.
- 5β7 years product management experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience with a track record managing industry-based marketing functions.
