Associate Director, Operations Network and Strategy

Role: Associate Director, Operations Network and Strategy, overseeing end-to-end supply chain for Arrowhead's biopharmaceutical products. Objectives include designing and optimizing global manufacturing and distribution networks to support clinical and commercial growth. Responsibilities involve leading network strategy development, scenario modeling, capacity planning, and operational excellence initiatives; analyzing demand, supply, and risk factors; managing cross-functional collaborations; and supporting capital and financial planning. Required qualifications include a BS in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain leadership; strong project management, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in MS Office and work management tools; and experience with cGMP environments and technical operations or CMC. This onsite position is based in Wisconsin or California, with competitive salary ranges ($150K-$180K) and a requirement for current work authorization.
