Role: Associate Director, Operations Management (Vendor-supported Patient Services programs)

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of hub vendor operations supporting Patient Services programs.
- Set and maintain vendor performance expectations (service levels, quality, compliance, KPIs).
- Lead oversight of staffing models, workflows, productivity, and service delivery for scalable, patient-centered operations.
- Analyze vendor reporting, KPIs, and operational trends; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Proactively identify operational risks/process gaps and lead mitigation with internal/external stakeholders.
- Partner with vendors to enhance dashboards and reporting transparency.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex operational issues; drive timely resolution and governance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration (Market Access, Compliance, Pharmacovigilance, Field Teams, Finance, Operations) to align strategy/execution.
- Communicate vendor performance and operational recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee PARC submissions and governance processes.
- Oversee invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation.
- Lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service quality, and stakeholder experience.
- Support operational readiness for launches/enhancements/strategic initiatives.

Location/Work Model: Parsippany, NJ hybrid (2–3 days onsite); remote possible.
Travel: ~30% domestic.
