Key Responsibilities
- Own the Internal Quality Operational Excellence vision, strategy, and operating model across Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- Define and execute the OE strategy and multi-year roadmap; lead complex, multi-site QA/QC transformation initiatives
- Set portfolio priorities; align OE initiatives to quality and enterprise objectives
- Establish OE governance: prioritization, KPIs, benefits tracking, reporting, and sustainment
- Enable data-driven decision making through performance metrics and insights
- Integrate Quality Risk Management into improvement design and execution
- Partner with Quality Systems, Lab Ops, Manufacturing, and Digital on end-to-end performance
- Build and sustain an OE network across sites; standardize OE methodologies, tools, and templates
- Develop organizational capability in Lean, Six Sigma, and change leadership
- Serve as escalation point for delivery risks, prioritization conflicts, and benefit realization challenges; trusted advisor to senior Quality leadership
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience
OR
- Master’s degree and 8 years’ experience
OR
- PhD and 2 years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications (skills/experience)
- Enterprise systems thinking and strong GxP judgment
- Advanced problem solving for complex, ambiguous challenges
- Proven change leadership and stakeholder influence; executive presence and data-driven communication
- Strong people leadership and talent development capability
- Experience leading multi-site OE/transformation programs in regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of QA, QC, Quality Systems, and inspection readiness; experience establishing governance/sustainment at enterprise scale
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and shifting priorities

- Salary range: $182,070.00 – $235,620.00; may be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off
