Responsibilities: lead onboarding and operational education for treatment sites, serve as the operational SME, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize site performance through data insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, complex therapy workflows, and healthcare ecosystems. Skills: strong operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.
