Focuses on site activation, steady-state operations, and stakeholder relationship management across IA, MN, ND, SD, and WI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, complex therapy workflows, and oncology site management. Skills include healthcare ecosystem understanding, operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and strong communication. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies like cell/gene therapies and navigating complex oncology systems.
