Responsibilities: lead site onboarding, deliver process-focused education, act as operational SME, resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration, build strong relationships with site stakeholders, and analyze operational data for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., provider operations, account management), with strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and complex oncology workflows. Proven experience in complex therapy implementation, operational problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Skills: account management, logistics, cross-functional teamwork, and communication. Preferred: experience supporting advanced therapies such as cell or gene therapies, and working within large oncology systems. Work setup: remote with ~50% travel within Texas.
