Objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, operational education, and steady-state process support. Responsibilities encompass leading onboarding processes, delivering operational training, serving as the primary operational SME for assigned sites, troubleshooting issues through cross-functional collaboration, and utilizing data to identify operational improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, healthcare ecosystem, and complex therapy workflows; strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to travel ~50%. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. Skills: account management, logistics, cross-functional collaboration, product lifecycle, and site activation. The role is remote with designated geographic responsibility (Texas), requiring a valid driver’s license and significant travel.
