Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Texas Territory (TX)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support of treatment sites for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, operational education, and steady-state process support. Responsibilities encompass leading onboarding processes, delivering operational training, serving as the primary operational SME for assigned sites, troubleshooting issues through cross-functional collaboration, and utilizing data to identify operational improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, healthcare ecosystem, and complex therapy workflows; strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to travel ~50%. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. Skills: account management, logistics, cross-functional collaboration, product lifecycle, and site activation. The role is remote with designated geographic responsibility (Texas), requiring a valid driver’s license and significant travel. Focused on operational and process support rather than clinical treatment or promotional activities.
