Objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, training, and seamless execution across the treatment journey. Responsibilities: lead site onboarding, deliver operational education, serve as the primary operational SME, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, build relationships with site stakeholders, and utilize data to identify operational improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations or administration, strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, and proven ability to implement workflows for complex therapies. Skills include account management, collaboration, logistics management, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology workflows, and navigating large oncology systems. High-value aspects: oncology (melanoma), mRNA-based therapies, treatment site operations, cross-functional coordination, and 50% travel. Work setup: remote with substantial travel within IL and MO, residence required within the territory.
