Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - St. Louis Territory (IL, MO)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based and focused on operational support for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based personalized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, site readiness, and operational education; serve as the primary operational contact; troubleshoot issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams; build relationships with site stakeholders; utilize data to monitor metrics and suggest improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or similar; strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge; proven ability to implement workflows for complex therapies; excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience supporting complex oncology workflows, site activation, and advanced therapies such as cell or gene therapies; familiarity with large oncology systems and navigating multiple stakeholder groups.
