Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) — field-based, non–demand generating/non-promotional role supporting oncology treatment sites for an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements).
- Provide process-focused education using approved resources for initial implementation and steady-state support.
- Serve as product operational subject matter expert for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics).
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams for coordinated, compliant site engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, responsive support.
- Use approved dashboards/metrics to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge.
- Proven track record implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders.
- Ability to work in evolving/unclear “white space” environments and solve operational problems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting site activation/readiness for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand).
- Experience with complex oncology workflows.
- Experience with large oncology systems and multiple enterprise stakeholders.
