Primary objectives include ensuring treatment site readiness, onboarding, and seamless execution of the product's operational journey. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, delivering operational education, troubleshooting process issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize workflows and stakeholder engagement. The role emphasizes operational and process support, not clinical treatment, serving as the primary operational contact for assigned sites in AZ, NM, and San Diego, CA, requiring residence within these territories. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years’ experience in healthcare or life sciences, with strong knowledge of provider operations, complex therapies, and healthcare ecosystems. Experience supporting site activation, especially in advanced therapies like cell, gene, radioligand, or oncology workflows, is preferred. The role involves significant travel (~50%), field-based customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
