Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, focusing on operational support for treatment sites of an upcoming U.S. oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives: ensure site readiness, support seamless product onboarding, and maintain reliable execution during steady-state operations post-FDA approval. Responsibilities: lead site onboarding, deliver operational education, serve as subject matter expert, triage operational issues, collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and utilize data to optimize site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (e.g., provider operations, account management), deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem, experience with complex oncology workflows or advanced therapies preferred. Skills: stakeholder engagement, operational problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication.
