Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, educating sites on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
- Deliver process-focused education using approved resources to support initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
- Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned treatment sites for product process, operations, and logistics.
- Be the primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through cross-functional partners and defined processes.
- Collaborate with approved cross-functional oncology field teams to support coordinated, compliant engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders via consistent, reliable support.
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess site operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Synthesize site feedback and process insights to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in healthcare/life sciences (including sales, account management, or provider operations/administration).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem; proven experience working with provider organizations/operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
- Ability to operate in evolving “white space” environments.
- Strong operational problem-solving and root-cause/process-friction identification.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to travel ~50%; valid driver’s license.
- Preferred: experience with site activation/readiness for advanced therapies; complex oncology workflows; large oncology systems and multi-stakeholder enterprise navigation.
