Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - OK-LA Territory (AL, KS, LA, OK)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, supporting operational readiness and site execution for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding and operational support for treatment sites, deliver process-focused education, act as operational SME, troubleshoot issues, collaborate cross-functionally with oncology teams, build relationships with site operational leaders, and utilize data for process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, experience with provider operations and complex therapies, excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred: experience supporting advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. High-value: oncology, melanoma, mRNA, treatment site operations, cross-functional coordination, patient logistics, FDA readiness. Work setup: remote, with approximately 50% travel within OK-LA region (AL, KS, LA, OK).
