Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, supporting operational readiness and execution at treatment sites for an upcoming U.S. oncology mRNA neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives: ensure seamless onboarding, site education, operational support, and issue resolution to enable reliable treatment delivery post-FDA approval. Responsibilities: lead site onboarding, deliver process education, serve as operational SME, troubleshoot issues via cross-functional collaboration, build trusted relationships with site stakeholders, and use data to identify process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or similar roles; strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and complex oncology workflows; excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience supporting site activation for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), managing oncology workflows, and navigating large oncology systems.
