Responsibilities: lead site onboarding and operational education, serve as operational SME, troubleshoot issues via cross-functional collaboration, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Manage site metrics to identify operational improvements and communicate insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or complex therapy workflows. Skills: strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge, operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: focus on oncology, immunotherapy, mRNA, complex workflows, and site activation. Work setup: remote, with approximately 50% travel in the OK-LA region (AL, KS, LA, OK). Preferred: experience with advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, and navigating large oncology systems.
