Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Objectives: ensure treatment sites are prepared to execute end-to-end product workflows reliably post-FDA approval. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, deliver process-focused education, support operational capabilities, serve as product operational SME, triage operational issues, collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams, build relationships with site stakeholders, and analyze operational metrics for improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, complex therapy workflows, or site activation for advanced therapies. Skills: strong healthcare ecosystem knowledge, operational problem-solving, relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills; proven ability to operate in evolving environments and manage multiple stakeholders. Preferred: experience with cell/gene therapies, complex oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. This role involves 50% travel, is remote, and covers Ohio and Kentucky treatment sites. Focus areas include logistics, site activation, and operational support for complex therapies, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
