Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - NYC Territory (NYC)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, accountable for operational support of treatment sites for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for melanoma. Objectives include ensuring site readiness, delivering operational education, and supporting seamless end-to-end treatment process execution. Responsibilities involve leading onboarding, providing process-focused training, acting as operational subject matter expert, managing operational issues, and building relationships with site stakeholders. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and data-driven operational improvements. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations or complex therapy workflows, and strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Preferred experience encompasses site activation/readiness for advanced therapies such as cell and gene therapies, and navigation of oncology workflows. The position covers NYC territory, with approximately 50% travel, and is remote. The role emphasizes operational and process support rather than clinical treatment, with high-value focus on oncology, early-stage therapy deployment, site activation, and cross-functional team engagement.
