Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead responsible for operational support and site readiness for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, educate treatment sites on workflows and operational requirements, act as the primary operational SME, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, and build strong relationships with site stakeholders. Utilize data to assess performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, complex therapy workflows, and oncology site management. Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem, operational problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential. Travel ~50%. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), complex oncology workflows, and large oncology systems. This is a field-based, non-promotional role specific to NYC geography, focusing on operational and process support rather than clinical or sales functions.
