Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early melanoma. Objectives include educating treatment sites on operational workflows, supporting onboarding, ensuring seamless execution of the treatment journey, and resolving operational issues. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, delivering process education, acting as the product operational SME, triaging site issues through cross-functional collaboration, building strong stakeholder relationships, and utilizing data to optimize site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, demonstrating deep understanding of provider operations, complex therapy workflows, and healthcare ecosystems. Proven experience in supporting site activation/readiness, especially for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, is preferred. Strong operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are essential. The role requires approximately 50% travel and resides within the Northwest geography (CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY).
