Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, demonstrating deep understanding of provider operations, complex therapy workflows, and healthcare ecosystems. Proven experience in supporting site activation/readiness, especially for advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, is preferred. Strong operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are essential. The role requires approximately 50% travel and resides within the Northwest geography (CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY).
