Responsibilities: lead onboarding, provide operational education, serve as the primary site contact, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless treatment journey execution. Manage operational metrics, feedback, and site relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, complex therapy workflows, or oncology site management. Skills: strong operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and communication.
