Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, responsible for operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding and training of treatment sites, serve as operational subject matter expert, troubleshoot logistical issues, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery; build strong relationships with site operational stakeholders; utilize data to monitor site performance and inform improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, account management, or complex therapy workflows; strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystem, site activation, and oncology workflows; excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies such as cell or gene therapies, complex oncology systems, and navigating multi-stakeholder environments. High-value specifics: focus on oncology, mRNA, neoantigen therapies, early-stage clinical or pre-approval operational support, cross-functional coordination, and 50% travel requirement. Work setup: remote, with residence in North California, and travel to treatment sites.
