Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, focused on operational support for treatment sites in North California, preparing for an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy launch for early melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, site readiness, and operational education to ensure seamless end-to-end treatment execution; serve as product operational SME; act as primary operational contact, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration; build relationships with site operational leaders; utilize data to monitor metrics and identify improvements; synthesize feedback for process enhancement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (sales, provider operations, admin); strong healthcare ecosystem understanding; proven experience with complex therapy workflows; excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship skills; ability to operate in evolving, cross-functional environments; 50% travel; valid driver’s license. Preferred: experience with advanced/complex therapies (cell, gene, radioligand); oncology workflows and large enterprise stakeholder management. High-value: oncology (melanoma), mRNA therapies, site activation/readiness, operational support, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, remote work with significant travel. No clinical or promotional duties involved.
