Responsibilities: lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites, deliver operational education, serve as the primary operational SME, triage and resolve site issues, collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams, and utilize data to improve site processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, strong understanding of provider operations and complex workflows, proven stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies like cell or gene therapies, oncology workflows, and large treatment systems.
