Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL), field-based, focusing on operational support for treatment sites related to a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma. Main objectives include ensuring site readiness, onboarding, and sustained operational execution post-approval. Responsibilities encompass leading site onboarding, delivering operational education, acting as the primary operational contact, resolving issues through cross-functional coordination, and utilizing data to improve workflows. The role emphasizes operational and process support, not clinical treatment information.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or related fields. Proven ability to navigate complex workflows, build relationships with operational stakeholders, and solve process issues. Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required. Must reside in the designated geographic territory (CT, MA, RI) and be willing to travel approximately 50%.

Preferred: Experience with site activation/readiness, advanced therapies such as cell or gene therapies, and complex oncology workflows.
