Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead, focusing on operational support for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, site readiness, and operational education for treatment sites; act as the primary operational contact, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate cross-functionally with oncology field teams; optimize site workflows and build strong stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (sales, provider operations, or administration); deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems and complex oncology workflows; proven experience with site activation, operational support, or complex therapies; strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience with cell, gene, or radioligand therapies, and large oncology systems. High-value: focus on complex treatment site operations within oncology, biologics, and innovative therapies, supporting early to mid-stage development and FDA readiness. Work setup: remote, field-based role covering New England South (CT, MA, RI), with 50% travel.
