Responsibilities: lead onboarding, educate site staff on workflows and system requirements, serve as operational subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, foster relationships with site leaders, and utilize data to optimize site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, sales, or account management, and understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems and oncology workflows. Skills include operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building. Preferred: experience supporting complex therapies such as cell or gene therapies, radioligand therapies, or large oncology systems. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with approximately 50% travel. It is a remote position requiring residency in the specified territory.
