Objectives include ensuring site readiness, delivering operational education, and supporting seamless product implementation and steady-state operations. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, educate site staff on workflows and system requirements, serve as operational subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional collaboration, foster relationships with site leaders, and utilize data to optimize site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, sales, or account management, and understanding of complex healthcare ecosystems and oncology workflows. Skills include operational problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building.
