Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, experience working with provider organizations, understanding of complex oncology workflows, and strong operational problem-solving skills. Preferred: support for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), experience with oncology systems, and navigating multiple stakeholder groups. High-value: oncology (melanoma), mRNA-based biologic therapy, site activation and operational workflow support, cross-functional collaboration, field-based, with 50% travel, supporting accounts in IN, KY, MI.
