Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead - Midwest Territory (IN, KY, MI)

Role: Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead, responsible for operational support and site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology neoantigen mRNA therapy for early stage melanoma. Responsibilities: lead onboarding, educate treatment sites on workflows and logistics, serve as primary operational subject matter expert, troubleshoot issues through cross-functional coordination, build strong relationships with operational stakeholders, and utilize data to improve site performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences, experience working with provider organizations, understanding of complex oncology workflows, and strong operational problem-solving skills. Preferred: support for advanced therapies (cell, gene, radioligand), experience with oncology systems, and navigating multiple stakeholder groups. High-value: oncology (melanoma), mRNA-based biologic therapy, site activation and operational workflow support, cross-functional collaboration, field-based, with 50% travel, supporting accounts in IN, KY, MI. Work setup: remote, field-based, requiring residence in designated territory.
