Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL)
Primary Activities & Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites (workflow, system setup, operational requirements)
- Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources
- Ensure sites have capabilities/knowledge for consistent execution of the end-to-end treatment journey
- Serve as product operational SME for assigned sites (process, operations, logistics)
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution through cross-functional processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) for compliant, consistent site experience
- Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through responsive support
- Use company-generated data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years relevant healthcare/life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations/administration)
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem
- Proven experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider organizations/operational stakeholders
- Ability to operate in “white space” environments; strong operational problem-solving
- Strong customer relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Leadership and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, matrix organizations
- Travel ~50%; valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Site activation/readiness and operational support experience for advanced therapies (cell/gene/radioligand)
- Experience with complex oncology workflows and large oncology systems
Skills (required focus): Account management, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, site activation/operations, logistics management, cross-functional collaboration, operational/process support (non-clinical).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $190,800.00–$300,300.00; eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable)
