Objectives: ensure treatment sites are educated on workflows, systems, and operational requirements; act as the primary operational contact for site issue resolution and process optimization. Responsibilities include leading site onboarding, delivering process education, supporting consistent execution, building stakeholder relationships, and utilizing data to identify operational improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences, with experience in provider operations, account management, or complex therapy workflows; strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and operational problem-solving skills. Preferred: experience with advanced therapies such as cell or gene therapies, oncology workflows, and large oncology systems.
